Refund policy

Go Go Jewels is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact info@gogojewels.com to request a return. All items in original condition are returnable for refund within 14 Days of receiving the item/s.

We only accept returns in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Go Go Jewels will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear/tear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. 

Go Go Jewels does not accept any final sale items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS or USPS. Go Go Jewels is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.
